The Rural Municipality of Big Quill No.308 invites tenders to load, haul and spread gravel and sand on RM of Big Quill No.308 roads in 2024. a) Gravel to be loaded, hauled and placed: approximately 10,000 cubic yards b) Sand to be loaded, hauled and placed: approximately 4,000 cubic yards c) Multiple pit locations d) Roadways: within the RM of Big Quill No.308 e) Time: Spring-Fall 2024 f) The RM of Big Quill reserves the right to refuse to accept any of the tenders. g) The lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. h) The RM of Big Quill reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of the tender at any time before the execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the municipality.
