Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Erlanger, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 8, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. removal and replacement of concrete pavement and concrete sidewalk on Sigma Drive, Kappa Court and Theta Court. The total project consists of approximately 5,800 SY of 8" concrete street replacement, 1,600 SY of 6" concrete sidewalk replacement and other appurtenances. If hard copies are requested, they must be ordered and paid in advance by credit card and can either be mailed or picked up in the foyer at Viox & Viox next business day (no contact). Any additional charges for mailing and handling will be waived. Plan holders must register to bid with James H. Viox III, P.E., P.L.S. to be eligible to bid. The City will evaluate all submitted bids in accordance with resident bidder preferences pursuant to KRS 45A.490-494. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
