**As of July 26, 2023, project was awarded to Smith & Brown Contractors, Inc, awarded amount is $1,869,258.10.** The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to complete installation of approximately 1,850 linear feet of sanitary sewer (ranging in size from 8-inch to 21-inch) and 770 feet of storm sewer/box culverts. Work also consists of installation of 19 sanitary manholes, 3 storm sewer manholes, 8 curb inlets, and earthwork for creation of a detention basin with outlet structure as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by Palmer Engineering and GPD Group Engineers. The Work is located at the intersection of Fitzgerald Court and Forest within the Owner's service area in Kenton County, Kentucky. bid portal will be open for vBid by September 8, 2022.
