The City of Arco is seeking qualification-based proposals from professional engineering consultants for services pertaining to the completion of a Wastewater Facility Planning Study. The City reserves the right to retain the Consultant for design and construction administration to implement the results of the wastewater study and other engineering services. The City of Arco is applying for federal assistance to fund the project. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on the following criteria.
