Riverview Park has two playground sites to be designed and Rotary Park has a single playground site. The proposed concept plans should consider issues such as aesthetics, overall image, cost of project, minimal disruption of the neighborhood and traffic during construction, design effectiveness, safety of persons and property, water conservation, outdoor recreation, equipment playability/flow, and effective use of available land.
