Renovation of an educational facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Cincinnati seeks Design Build services to install approximately 80 outdoor surveillance cameras across the Uptown East, Uptown West, Victory Parkway and Blue Ash campuses. For cameras requiring roof penetrations, it is the University's intent to use term contractors to make repairs to roofs due to the various manufacturers and warranties in play. Selected DB will coordinate camera installation with the University's roofing contractors as required. The University is self-performing the Criteria AE role and will provide concept and criteria information to the shortlisted DB's as an exhibit to the RFP. This information will include proposed camera locations and floor plans of each building, including the locations of telecommunications rooms. All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the Contracting Authority and/or Owner's policies and procedures.
