Mechanical equipment pre-purchase package for both Middle School renovation projects. To include: VUV's, RTU's, AHU's and Electrical Gear packages. Equipment pre purchase for the projects will be required onsite NLT July of 2023 if at all possible. This equipment will be installed by future Mechanical & Electrical Contractors TBD in the summer of 2023- 2025. No Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled at this time. All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of Battle Creek Public Schools. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement The base bid shall be a lump sum amount, for the work as set forth in the bid documents. Bid bond or certified check of not less than 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with bid and made payable to Battle Creek Public Schools. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept bids, alternates, or proposals that, in its sole judgment, serve its best interests
