Renovation of an educational facility in Quebec, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and improvement to the National Institute for Scientific Research Building. The scope of the project includes redevelopment if the interior space to install an additional a cleanable and sterilizable 10 m3 bioreactor equipped with complete instrumentation. The project will be implemented in two phases. Construction work value of both phases amounts to $6 million. The budget of the project with the equipment cost amounts to $15 million. TIMELINE: The owner has not received submissions for the Request for proposals AOP20220630NH-SM-ING-ME and cancelled it. If a new RFP for this project is issued it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
