WMBE Goal 15 Percent The Port of Seattle (Port) is planning various improvements located on the landside of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA, Airport). This Service Agreement will support the effort necessary to plan, design, and provide construction support services for these planned landside improvements. Consultant shall provide the necessary Civil Engineering Professional Services on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis throughout the term of the Agreement. The work will be authorized on an individual Service Directive basis with a specific scope of work for each project. A multi-discipline team may be needed to support the projects. The range of potential disciplines include civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, geotechnical engineering, and landscape architecture. All questions must be submitted in writing through the PORT's VendorConnect portal by July 15, 2022, 12:00 PM PT, in order to allow adequate time for preparation of a response. Questions are to be posted on the Questions tab of the solicitation on VendorConnect. Questions received after this deadline may not be considered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
