Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/11/2022 5:00 PM (PDT) The City of Corona has existing park benches, trash cans and picnic tables that need to be replaced at thirteen parks within Corona. The Contractor shall remove the existing equipment as designated on the exhibits, dispose of the equipment legally, and patch/repair the existing surface as necessary. The Contractor shall furnish and install the replacement equipment as specified on the exhibits per the manufacturer's specifications. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all equipment, vehicles, machinery, park equipment, materials, storage, transportation, tools, labor, etc., for a complete removal, disposal, assembly and installation at each location. All prospective bidders shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all bid documents posted on the PlanetBids website for the Project. The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, bid and contract documents, specifications, drawings, appendices, and required bid forms. Bidders shall complete the required bid forms in their entirety and submit electronically through the PlanetBids system. Bidders will not be able to submit their bids without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Bidders shall use the Line Items Tab to submit their bid price. All addenda shall be acknowledged electronically through the PlanetBids system. The City shall award the Contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined from the summation of the Total Base Bid Schedule and the Total Alternate Bid Schedule combined. However, the City may choose to award the Contract on the basis of the base bid alone or the base bid and any selected alternate bid item or combination of selected bid items. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the bid submission deadline. Bid documents can be uploaded, modified or withdrawn any time prior to the bid submission deadline. Please review the E-bidding Instructions FAQs uploaded to the Documents & Attachments Tab. The PlanetBids system will not accept late bids. No exceptions. Failure to submit electronic bids shall result in a non-responsive bid and will not be considered for award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
