The purpose of this RFP is to obtain information that will enable the District to select a lease lease back Contractor using the "best value" competitive procurement process pursuant to the provisions of Education Code section 17406 and BP/AR 7600 that can assist the District with both preconstruction services and construction services. Contractors and their subcontractors (of any tier) shall not be qualified to submit or be listed on a proposal, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in the Labor Code, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code.
