As of September 14, 2022, this project has been cancelled due to no bids received and expected to rebid in the next two weeks. The West Virginia Division of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting bids on behalf of the Kenneth "Honey" Rubenstein Juvenile Center (Agency) to establish a contract for the one-time purchase for replacement of the complete coolant unit compressor/ condenser and evaporator and all the hardware of a KolPak Custom Walk in Freezer/Fridge Complex.
