As of June 20, 2023, this solicitation has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The South Dakota Department of the Military, on behalf of the South Dakota Army National Guard, Construction and Facilities Management Office, is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms interested in providing professional Architectural and Engineering design services for the #466353 Replace Roof -Sioux Falls Foss Field Regional Training Institute project located at 803 W National Guard Drive, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104. This project will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services for replacing the existing roof membrane system, (appr.26,300 SF). Additional services such as construction administration/inspection will be negotiated at a later date should the project proceed to the construction phase. Estimated construction budget for the project is $1,150,000, but be advised that this number is subject to change. Anticipated project timeline is as follows: Schematic Design/Site Investigation Phase complete by September, 15 2022 Construction Document Phase complete by November, 30 2022 Firms desiring to be considered for providing professional services for this project should send a Statement of Interest that outlines their qualifications and experience for this project. Statements of Interest should clearly address each of the following criteria: 1. Project approach and methodology to meet the project requirements (10%); 2. Project teams specialized expertise, capabilities, and technical competence to meet the project requirements (20%); 3. Ability and proven history in handling special project constraints (Scope, Time and Cost) (10%). 4. Proposed project management techniques. (10%); 5. Availability to the project locale (20%); 6. Familiarity with the project facility (10%); 7. Resources available to perform the work, including any specialized services and their roles within the project, within the specified time limits for the project.
