1. Base Scope: Renovation of office space for the United Stated Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force Computer Laboratory and associated offices. The work consists of the renovation of 6 existing offices and one portion of an adjacent corridor. 2. Furniture by Others. The project is an interior renovation on the 7th floor of Diana E. Murphy US Courthouse. The scope includes demolition of walls, floor and wall coverings, ceiling and lighting, HVAC equipment/piping/ductwork, sprinkler and fire alarm devices, power/data outlets including associated wiring/cables, etc. Install new partitions, install/reuse new/exist. doors and frames, new ceiling and lighting fixtures, reconfigure sprinkler sytem/fire alarm devices, new power/data outlets including associated wi-rings/cables, etc. Case work removal and replacement including plumbing accessories. New floor covering and wall paints/coverings. Prevailing Wage: YES
