Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mokena, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Village of Mokena is accepting sealed bids for cleaning, repairing, and painting a 750,000 gallon water storage tank located near the Hickory Creek Metra Station. Contractor shall be required to pay no less than prevailing wage rates on the project as established by the United States Department of Labor and the State of Illinois Department of Labor. Failure to provide required forms will result in disqualification from this bidding process. The Village of Mokena reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and waive any technicalities or irregularities in the bids and disregard all non-conforming or conditional bids or counter proposals. The structure is a 750,000 gallon spheroid elevated water storage tank with a low-water level of 88 ft. 4 in. located at 9241 W. 189th St. in Mokena, Illinois.
