SEQ). WAGE RATES: CONTRACTORS SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PAY NOT LESS THAN PREVAILING WAGE RATES ON THE PROJECTS AS ESTABLISHED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. COPIES OF THESE WAGE RATES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE VILLAGE CLERK AND INCORPORATED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE VILLAGE OF MOKENA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS OR PARTS THEREOF AND WAIVE ANY TECHNICALITIES OR IRREGULARITIES IN THE BIDS AND DISREGARD ALL NON-CONFORMING OR CONDITIONAL BIDS OR COUNTER PROPOSALS.
