The scope of work consists of 62 miles of brush and tree clearing on the North Louisiana & Arkansas (NLA) Railroad from McGehee, AR to the Lake Providence Port. Work includes clearing the brush and removing trees within the railroad right of way. Information to Bidders, INFRA grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained by contacting SEAEDD. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
