Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Branford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Branford, Connecticut, hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received for the Septage Receiving Station project. The work at the Branford Water Pollution Control Facility includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing a new septage receiving station to be located outside on a new concrete pad. New piping and electrical conduit, instruments, and wiring will also be furnished and installed as part of this contract The Work under the proposed Contract shall commence within 60 days after the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 300 days after start of Work. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the opening of Bids without consent of Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities or minor defects in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of Owner.
