Renovation of a municipal facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All questions and requests for substitutions shall be directed to: Amanda Hunsucker, Project Manager TowerPinkster amanda.hunsucker@towerpinkster.com. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Proposal, including all add alternates must accompany each Proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Base Bid may be held for a period not to exceed Forty-Five (45) days before awarding Contracts. All additive Alternate Bids may be held for a period not to exceed Thirty (30) days after signing of Contract. Should a successful Bidder withdraw his bid, or fail to execute a satisfactory contract within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance of his bid, the Owner may declare the Bid Security forfeited as liquidated damages, not as penalty. The successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum with an approved surety company and said bond shall remain in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year after date of final acceptance of the work. The cost of all bonds shall be included in the bid price.
