Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The following location Greater Clark County Schools Administration Building 2112-Utica-Sellersburg Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 Bids for each individual subcontractor/ material supplier trade package are requested. Refer to Instructions to Bidders, for the complete list of all bid packages. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under multiple subcontracts with the Construction Manager based on bids received from pre-qualified tier 1 bidders. Award of contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding laws. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) % of the amount of the Bid, must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner and the Construction Manager reserve their rights to accept or reject any bid (or combination of bids) and to waive any irregularities or omissions in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before subcontract awards
