Renovation of a multi-residential development in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Work Location:700 Block of Geneva Ave. in Chesapeake, VA 23323 Description:Geneva Square Building 7 Rehabilitation project. Rehabilitation of Geneva Square Building 7 in accordance with the attached project manual. Provide all labor, materials, services, permits and equipment to accomplish work in accordance with the applicable provisions, clauses, special contract requirements, and specifications as set forth, herein. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 120 calendar days after receiving a Notice To Proceed. The contractor must furnish any required performance and payment bonds - Yes Offers providing less than 90 calendar days for CRHA acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected. All questions/concerns prior to submittal of a proposal shall be in writing and submitted on company letterhead and faxed to Mr. Art Harbin, Procurement Officer at (757) 523-1601 at least 10 days prior to offer due date.
