SECURITY FENCE REPLACEMENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR SOUTHWESTERN POWER ADMINISTRATION'S GORE, OK FACILITY AND SUBSTATION This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the replacement of a security fence for the U.S. Department of Energy, Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern).
