Work of this Construction Contract includes extension of street improvements from the end of an existing street and construction of a trailhead parking facility. Clearing of existing trees and vegetation, installation of utilities, site grading, installation of a reinforced concrete pipe culvert to facilitate access from the existing unimproved road on the north side of the creek to the useable property on the south side of the creek. The work also includes installation of curb, sidewalk, asphalt paving, a detention/retention swale, and landscape restoration.
