Request for Proposals - Electrical Engineering Services for the RWCF 60KV Transformer Replacement in accordance with the request for proposals for PROJECT NO. UW21010. Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Declaration and all the required documentation and information. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department (City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional electrical engineering services to prepare plans, specifications, cost estimate, coordination with PG&E, and engineering services during construction for procurement and installation of a 60kV transformer at the Regional Wastewater Control Facility (RWCF). Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any sub-consultant under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to the proposer who best meets the needs of the City; provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
