License Requirements: For this contract, the contractor shall possess Classification "A" Engineering License or "B" General Building License at the time the contract is awarded. The Work generally consists of constructing 1.) Approximately 860 LF of 6'-8' CMU Block CMU Block Wall with portions of wrought iron fencing with pilasters on the southwest corner of Ramona Expressway and Redlands Avenue; 2.) Approximately 1,130 LF of 6' CMU Block Wall along the east side of Perris Boulevard from Citrus Avenue to the northern boundary of the Miller-Jones Mortuary located at 1835 N Perris Boulevard, Perris CA 92571. The Project generally includes minor site grading, site drainage, removal of existing fence at both locations, protection of existing facilities including landscaping and irrigation along Perris Boulevard, traffic control, etc. As part of the Work, the Contractor shall furnish and assume full responsibility for everything required for the orderly progress and proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated into the Work including, but not limited to, drawings, materials, equipment, labor including subcontractor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, and other facilities, incidentals, and performing all operation necessary and required in conformity with the requirements in the specifications and plans. The Contractor shall perform and complete assigned work including construction services, supervision, administrative services, coordination of all subcontractors, tests, inspections, and other items that are necessary to and appropriate for the finishing, equipping and functioning of the facilities and structures, together with all additional, collateral and incidental work and services required for the completion of the provision of the Work.
