Questions Due Date: Jul 13th 2022, 3:00 PM MST The City of Yuma invites qualified Contractor(s) to submit a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Electrical Services and Maintenance: Streetlights; Traffic Signal Poles and Lift Stations Repairs as needed; and any other related services as deemed necessary by the City. The successful Contractor(s) must demonstrate that they have sufficient capabilities and available resources to meet the service requirements of this solicitation. Prompt response to provide services is essential to the Departments ability to provide uninterrupted and timely service to the public. Respondents to this RFQ must submit a proposal to the City that will address the various components as set forth in this RFQ. The City of Yuma is a municipality comprised of 14 departments. The City's traffic signal infrastructure, streetlight infrastructure, storm pump lift stations, and miscellaneous electrical operations are maintained through the Public Works / Traffic Shop Division. The City's electrical infrastructure is comprised of 77 traffic signal intersections, 7,133 streetlights, and 44 storm lift stations. The majority of the City's electrical infrastructure is maintained by the Traffic Shop maintenance personnel.
