This requirement is being solicited as a Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside and will result in a single award FFP ID/IQ contract. The designated NAICS Code is 237310 Highway, Street, & Bridge Construction, Size Standard $45M. A Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Period of Performance (POP) will be indicated on an individual task order level. Magnitude of construction: For IDIQ: The estimated price is more than $10,000,000.00. For task order: Will be determined at the task order level. Question and Answers: All questions will be due by 10 April 2023 by 1100 CST. Electronic RFPs are required. RFPs are due no later than 28 April 2023 at 1400 CST. All prices shall be valid for 180 days after the proposal due date. Wage Rate Requirements (Construction), formerly known as the Davis-Bacon Act: Wage rates will be specific to each subsequent task order under this contract.
