A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: The work to be performed (Work) consists of sandblasting, welding, pit filling and painting the High Point Tank, which is a 1.5 million gallon ground storage tank located at 423 Alabama Avenue, Clarksville, Tennessee. Additionally, certain maintenance and repair items are to be accomplished. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with sampling, disinfection, traffic control, worker protection, environmental pollution control, handling of debris, laboratory analysis, waste disposal and all other ancillary actions required to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings and as set out more fully in the Specifications. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor and equipment to complete the Work. Bids are requested for the following single prime Contract. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days to Substantial Completion after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and 180 days to readiness for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
