Renovation of a multi-residential development in Seattle, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist SHA to provide, install and support operation of two full-service package locker systems within two separate Seattle Housing Authority Yesler Terrace buildings located in the greater Seattle area. Vendor shall maximize each room's full potential and offer either through a lease agreement or purchase agreement to supply lockers and provide locker operation services options for SHA to consider which support the full operation, security, management, technical operation, and physical maintenance at each location. SHA strongly encourages minority-owned and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses, HUD Section 3 businesses, small businesses and veteran-owned businesses to submit proposals or to participate in a subcontracting capacity on SHA contracts. SHA reserves the right to waive as an informality any irregularities in submittals, and/or to reject any and all proposals.
