Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Uniontown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This project includes furnishing and/or installing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to rehabilitate and improve the existing drainage at the Green Branch Public Library and ancillary concrete walk, replacing concrete curb, parging building walls, installing permeable pavers, catch basins, underdrains, and frost-slab improvements. There is also landscape work and restoration. Also, the Library reserves the right to reject the bids of any bidder if the Library believes it would not be in the best interest of the Library to make the award of that bid; whether because the bid is not responsive or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standards or criteria established by the Library.
