Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Uniontown, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Development of a master concept plan & construction documents, and construction of expanded park amenities and facilities. These amenities might include: additional field(s) for youth baseball and softball programs, restroom building, additional parking, picnic pavilion, playground, a walking trail, etc. Kreighbaum Park will be considered a neighborhood park. The Service Department and Parks and Recreation Board will reach out to park neighbors and seek their input regarding desired park amenities. This project is included in the city's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program. As of September 27, 2022, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
