**As of March 27, 2023, project was awarded Barbicas Construction Co. Inc., and the awarded amount is $1,394,177.95.** This planning and resurfacing project consists of a bid made up of 1.18 miles of asphalt pavement recycling and resurfacing within the City of Green. The project also includes the milling of 21,691 SY of pavement on residential streets within the City. Additionally, there are five possible add alternates which may be awarded. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF GREEN. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. There is no scheduled pre-bid meeting for this project. All questions shall be directed to: Paul Pickett, P.E.
