Reconstruct storm sewer on Springdale Road with greater capacity to adequately convey runoff from the watershed upstream without flooding the residential properties in this section of Rolling Greens. The original system was undersized, and the ponds constructed by the City of Green in 2016 were designed to be an interim solution until the downstream area could be studied further. This project will require addressing the inadequate capacity of the culvert under Steese Road and investigating the structures south of Steese to determine if routing water through the system more rapidly would likely cause flooding there. This project is included in the city's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program.
