PROJECT TITLE: Gilbert H. Grosvenor Visitor Center Rehabilitation SITE LOCATION: Russell Cave National Monument, 3729 Country Road, Bridgeport, AL 35740 This project is for the Rehabilitation of the Gilbert H. Grosvenor Visitor Center at Russell Cave National Monument. The Work includes demolition, renovation and refinishing the structures interior footprint, replacement of the existing HVAC system, electrical system, plumbing system, and fire protection systems, supplemental structural reinforcement, and related renovation work to provide a completely renovated facility. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Contract. In accordance per FAR Part 28, performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the contract price and must be submitted within ten (10) days of receiving the award.
