This RFP is for a contract that generally includes Old Fort Road Stage 2: Drainage Diversion Channel Work at or near Fort St. John, B.C. The Scope of Work includes the following but is not limited to: i. Clearing and grubbing; ii. Processing, loading and transporting merchantable timber to a destination of choice by BC Hydro, to be completed prior to final clearing operations, or as otherwise directed by BC Hydro; iii. Construction of a drainage diversion channel from Old Fort Road, complete with riprap and gabion drop structures; iv. Construction of a maintenance access road adjacent to the drainage diversion channel; v. Infilling an existing 750mm diameter CSP culvert and constructing ditch blocks; and vi. Revegetation seeding.
