This project is for construction of Sitka City Hall HVAC controls replacement. Bond Percentage 5.00% This project consists of the replacement of the existing HVAC pneumatic controls system, in its entirety, with a new Diamond Controls DDC, removal and replacement of existing VAV boxes and undersized ducts, and all other associated work in accordance with the plans and specifications The Engineer's Estimate for the base bid is between $450,000 and $550,000.
