Binghamton University is seeking a qualified firm to complete Special Inspections on the Welcome Center. This project involves new construction for a welcome center located adjacent to the existing information booth. The information booth will be renovated and connect to the new welcome center via canopy. The 3274 sq ft new building will provide a meeting and resting space to first-time visitors to the campus and act as an inviting place to stop from distant travels. The new structure will house an information desk, toilet facilities and lounge. The estimated construction time frame for this project is July 2022 to August 2023.
