Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes: steel sheet piling, cast-in-place concrete cap extension to existing steel sheet pile wall, rip rap shoreline protection, marina and dock improvements, playground equipment, tennis/pickleball courts, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, trees and landscape plantings, site utility modifications, site lighting and associated electrical wiring, and related site work and improvements. The City of Ogdensburg is an equal opportunity employer. Bidding Documents may also be examined, by appointment, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at no expense at: City of Ogdensburg Department of Planning & Development, 330 Ford Street, First Floor, Suite 6, Ogdensburg, New York 13669. The Work will be substantially complete within 240 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
