The City of Prairie Village is receiving bids for the BG930001 | WINDSOR PARK Tennis Court and Trail. The project includes, but not limited to,Overlay of Tennis Court and Construction of New Trail. Non-resident corporations that are not already registered with the Kansas Secretary of State and all non-resident individuals and partnerships are required by law to register with the Director of Revenue, State Office Building, Topeka, Kansas, and to pay a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each and every contract as a precedent to commencing work on the contract. For contracts in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), the foreign contractor shall file with the Director of Revenue an acceptable bond for ten percent (10%) of the contract. It shall include using all means necessary to protect existing structures, equipment, piping and facilities not designated for removal within the limits of the work, as defined in these specifications, in the Special Conditions, as shown on the Plans or established by the Engineer.
