This solicitation is being issued for the acquisition and installation of a vehicle floor-lift for the Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge located in Roy Montana. WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to acquire and install a vehicle lift in accordance with the statement of work. LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF THE SITE: Failure of the contractor to ascertain the nature, location, and conditions which affect the work will not relieve the contractor from the responsibility for successfully performing the work without additional expense to the government.
