Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Glasgow, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a 2,856-square-foot swimming pool; and swimming pool.
The work generally consists of: 1. Base Bid: a. Demolition of the existing pool, constructing a new 600 sqft mechanical building, mechanical building water/sewer/gas/electrical services, plumbing, electrical, sidewalks, concrete pool deck/accessories, fence and a 760 gpm filtration system/pump/heater. 2. Additive Alternative I: a. Construct a new 250,000 gallon, painted, shotcrete pool. 3. Additive Alternative II: a. Construct a new 250,000 gallon, PVC lined, concrete pool. 4. Additive Alternative III: a. Construct a new 250,000 gallon stainless steel sidewall pool. There will not be a pre-bid conference. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
