The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Facilities Management Division is seeking a licensed Architectural Firm to lead a Design Bid Build project delivery method. The project is to renovate the Bingo Palace Casino (16599 69th Ave. NW, Cass Lake, MN 56633) totaling 85,000 sq. ft. in three phases of construction over the next four years. The following RFP will focus solely on phase one of the project. Phases two and three are to be completed by the end of year 2026.
