Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes placement of concrete (curb, gutter, and sidewalk), paving of the new parking lot, irrigation system improvements, landscaping, lighting improvements, striping, signage, and furnishing. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that the responsive bidder must possess a minimum of a Class A with appropriate sub-classifications or subcontractors. All Contractor's license shall be in good standing and issued by the Nevada State Contractor's Board at the time of the bid. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted via email to Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org and must be received a minimum of four (4) working days prior to bid opening. will be made by the Carson City Purchasing and Contracts Department. You are encouraged to visit the City's website for that recommendation or contact Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org for the recommendation. BID AWARD will be made by the Carson City Board of Supervisors and is tentatively scheduled for August 18, 2022. PRICES must be quoted FOB Carson City, Nevada and are valid for sixty (60) calendar days
