Renovation of a detention facility in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,634-square-foot detention facility.

Project includes reroofing of multiple buildings within a State Corrections fenced and guarded campus. Access/ egress is security-monitored at all times. A system will be enacted between State personnel and Contractor personnel to work safely. There are (5) Dormatory Housing Buildings, (1) Control Office Building, (1) Culinary Building, (2) Out Buildings, (1) Telephone Roofed enclosure, and (1) Satelite Communications Building with a membrane roof. All are different sizes and configurations (Housing units are nearly identical). New asphalt roofing systems, new gutters, downspouts and leafguards will be added. Deck and thermal envelope repairs, CMU wall repairs, crickets, existing rooftop equipment, and associated roofing work will be included on all structures as occurs All major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
