New construction of a water / sewer project in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Project consists of providing and setup of two Portable Chiller Plants on skid flatbed trailers with an air cooled chiller on each (air cooled chiller furnished by owner). Ancillary equipment, material and labor to perform setup of Portable Chiller Plants to be provided by bidders as part of this bid. Bidders are required to bid according to provided bid documents, narratives, trade packages for the base bid and any applicable scope alternates. Sealed bids prior to the stated bid date and time to O-A-K’s Naples Office. Information regarding the, bid docs, RFI due date, and bid instructions can be obtained by emailing a letter of interest to pferreira@oakfl.com or by contacting our office at 239-304-9746 (Naples office) or 239-561-4141 (Fort Myers office) or 239-561-1996 (fax). Letters of interest should include company name, address, email address, and phone number. Bidders must fill in and submit forms according to the project manual trade package. Owen-Ames-Kimball Terms and Conditions of the purchase order will be the governing document regardless of any statements to the contrary noted in the bidder’s form of proposal. Owen-Ames-Kimball reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
