This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is a single-phase request, an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of engaging a Commissioning Agent to conduct Commissioning Services for the Regina Urgent Care Center Project, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). This will be a single-phase RFP. The Government of Saskatchewan is publicly inviting proposals from candidates, which will follow the stages listed in Part 2 of the RFP and evaluated in accordance with the criteria described in Appendix A of the RFP. An evaluation team consisting of representatives from the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (Evaluation Team) will evaluate proposals. If the Government of Saskatchewan, for any reason, determines that it is necessary to provide additional information during the RFP process such information will be communicated through an addendum. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of 2 years with an option in favour of GOS to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term up to 1 year.
