Renovation of a fire / police facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
* Owner does not release the bid amount at this time. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced. The City requires a qualified general contractor to provide renovation and construction services at the Fire Station 5 located at 2700 E Arens Road and Fire Station 7 located at 132 Victoria Avenue. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Fire Station 5 - Remove existing radiant heaters in the apparatus bay - Install new gas fired unit heaters - Install an extra gas detector - Install extra carbon monoxide detectors - Update exit signs Fire Station 7 - Remove and replace existing roofing system - Remove and replace existing furnaces and condensing units - Install a new heat recovery ventilator - Install new backflow preventers - Remove and replace the existing fire alarm panel with an addressable system - Install new carbon monoxide and fire alarms - Install gas detection equipment and sensors - Update exit signs - Separate Price - supply and install a photovoltaic panel array The work shall be complete by October 31, 2022. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
