This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Regina to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection 2022-23 as further described in the RFP. The City of Regina seeks submissions from qualified proponents with previous proven experience in the cleaning and CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) inspection (using NASSCO PACP) of both the domestic and storm sewer collection systems, as well as the domestic and storm sewer manholes (using NASSCO MACP). The total approximate length of mains to be cleaned and CCTV inspected which vary in size and condition is 121.8 kilometres, with 1485 manholes which is listed as a separate price. This work is expected to be completed by 2024.
