Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Moncton, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Moncton requires the services of an experienced and qualified Contractor to repair and re-coat the Monuments at the Centennial Park entrance (Anchor, Tank and Train), and train canopy renovations and repairs, as indicated in the drawings and specifications. The project includes, but is not limited to: Encapsulation, blast, repair and recoat of monuments. Repairs to train canopy include shoring, foundation replacement, roof structure repairs, trim installation, new metal roofing, new fence panel installation, ornamentation removal, etc. ALL REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, INSTRUCTIONS, AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS concerning this Tender must be sent IN WRITING (e-mail) and received by the Purchasing Department NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2023, @ 3:00 P.M. - ATLANTIC TIME.
