Utility removal and relocation 4. 3,285 CY of Class 10 Excavation & Borrow for Roadway construction 5. 750 LF of RCP Storm Sewer 6. 210 LF of Water Main 7. 1,300 LF of Electrical and Communications conduit 8. 490 SY of PCC Pavement 9. 1,130 LF Security Fence Installation 10. Street Lighting 11. Vehicle Gate 12 Relocation 12. Above Ground Fuel Tanks with Dispenser System 13. Traffic Control 14. Construction Survey 15. Seeding and Landscaping The Bidder's security shall be in the amount of 10% of the Bid and shall be in the form of a cashier's check or a certified check drawn on an FDIC insured bank in Iowa or on an FDIC insured bank chartered under the laws of the United States; or a certified share draft drawn on a credit union in Iowa or chartered under the laws of the United States; or a Bid Bond on the form provided in the Contract Documents with corporate Surety satisfactory to the Board. Each successful Bidder will be required to furnish corporate Surety Bonds and shall also guarantee the maintenance of the improvement caused by failures in materials and construction for a period of two (2) years from and after acceptance of the Contract. This project shall be fully completed no later than November 10, 2023, except Phase 1 shall be complete on November 19, 2022. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost for the Work is between $2,739,000 and $3,026,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
